Thinking of doing a 4 week cookery course and hoping for some feedback. Am trying to choose between Belle Isle Cookery School and Cooksacademy. Has anyone completed either of these month long courses? Or does anyone know of another course? I'd prefer if there was a course that was more 'wholefood' based but can't seem to…
