Attention: Meteor dongle student plan users

    i am using the meteor dongle student plans for broadband since last october. the agreement was 10euro for 10g each month. i moved and i did not check my bank transfer. i recently found out that i was charged 20euro for 10g every month. and i talked with my friend who is also using meteor broadband student plan, and she found out she was charged double for the last few months as well. and then i was told that there were some other similar cases. it took me a little while to get back the money as they at first blamed me that i did not report to them earlier and they refused to give me the refund! basically, it's a breach of trust from them and on their terms and conditions, there is no such thing of early report or whatever. i was quite furious to hear that and insisted to either get the refund or another 12months service for free. they finally gave me the refund. but the whole thing is ridiculous. and i urge all those who are on student plans with meteor broadband to check the bills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad:
