Played there last week - good parkland course, overall its in decent condition, found the greens very good anyway. Front 9 is the easier 9, starting off with a few straightforward holes that don't have too much going on - the course gets better from the 6th (200yd par 3) onwards and the back 9 (particularly the last 4 holes) are more difficult with plenty of water. The 15th (index 1) is a long par 4 with water right and ob left and its tight around the landing area - a well earned par here if you can get it!

Which Killeen? The course that just held the Irish Open or the other one? :P

Played it two weeks ago,it slaughtered me. I'm only back playing a while, used to play the old course up there every Sunday with a society, it was a much easier course then, although the last 5 or 6 holes were the same. My best ever score on the old one was net 59 off 22,in other words an 81, I got slashed to 17 and never recovered. It is a lovely course although too many tree's in my way for my liking :o

Haven't played it for a while but its a course I've always enjoyed. Was always in good nick and a good test of golf.

if you can get out tomorrow then go for it, Presidents prize final from around 10 til a little after 2 & it'll be in great nick as always. just back in myself from a round today & aside from the dam rain in the afternoon it was a great day's golf. fairways are super if you can keep on em! & greens are in great nick altogether just fertilised earlier in the week.

    g'luck
