Sick leave- sick cert

    Hi,

    I've been off work since last Tuesday (5 days in total) on sick leave. Can anyone tell me what cert I need? I got a first and final one last week as I thought I would be back in today however I wasn't.

    Do I just ask for a first and final again for whenever I do go back?

    Usually one certain covering the whole period will suffice so long as a doctor can predict when you will be back on form.

    If you have already gotten a final cert and didnt go back, just ask the doctor for an updated final cert. if you have handed it in already the doctor can just make a note on the bottom that you were out longer than expected. no biggie!!!:D
