Hollowtech II compatible BB

    What kind of bottom brackets are compatible with Hollowtech II Shimano Ultegra BSA? Was looking on CRC but not very familiar with BB's. Anything better than the standard one that comes with the ultegra groupset? What's difference between dura ace BB and ultegra BB?

    Hope make good bottom brackets, but if you want the cream of the crop buy a chris king bottom bracket, you ll never need another bottom bracket again

    Both these fit fine with shimano, im running a Hope stainless on my hack bike with 105 crank , million times better than the 105 or ultegra bottow bracket (takes a real beating over the winter but was 4 x times the price )

    But on my race bike i run a dura ace and just use a syringe for regreasing when it clicks when the grease gets pushed out and its good as new again
