Frustrated with ticketmaster

I purchased two creamfields with a family members credit card back in May from the UK website. The festival is in England and it is on in two weeks time.
I purchased a third ticket for a mate off the same credit card about 3 weeks ago. I checked on ticketmaster's website a few days later to check if my tickets had been dispatched yet.
According to the website the first set of tickets were been "processed" and shortly after had been dispatched. The same with my mates ticket. It said the ticket was been processed.
Yesterday I received an email from ticketmaster claiming I chose a postage option that was not available in Ireland, so they could not send my tickets and that I would have to collect them in the box office on site at creamfields the day the event starts.
It also said I would need the ticket reference number, a letter of consent from the named credit card holder and some sort of photo id of them as well.
It is going to make it extremely awkward to get the tickets now for various reasons and it is not suitable at all.
Can I ring ticketmaster and get them to resend the tickets?I am extremely frustrated with ticketmaster.

Well, have you tried ringing Ticketmaster and asking them?

In the past my mate had to bring a photocopy of the buyers CC, front and back, and the ref number to verify it.

You could type up the letter of consent yourself and get the family member to sign it.

They might possibly be able to change them to print out type tickets, but some event have extra "anti-tout" measures and may not have this option.

I rang ticketmaster UK and they weren't any help what so ever.
They couldn't tell me why I have to collect the tickets in the box office over in England, or why they couldn't send them.
I have to bring a letter of authorisation signed by the card holder to obtain the tickets. I was told by a ticketmaster representative what the letter needs to include.
That's all well and good but what if they decide, they aren't happy with the letter and refuse to give me the tickets? It all seems a bit dodgy to me.I know ticketmaster is a reputable company but this is ridiculous.
