Can you guys recommend a decent sling for the Aug A1? I'm also looking for magazines and leaning towards mid-cap, are the MAG 170fnd ones any good? They seem to be available in a box of four on several websites.
    Thanks.

sling is a personal preference really, 2 or 3-point or even a one point, the MAG mags are amongst the best brand of mags out there for airsoft :) King Arms are also have a box 5, some don't like KA's mags but I've never had any problems with them :)

Thanks, I know that type of sling is down to personal preference but I was looking more for a recommendation of brand, am leaning towards a two point sling.

oh my bad :P Strike arms is a popular brand, magpull if you got money to burn :P , best thing to do is walk into a shop and have a wander around to look for one, probably no the best answer but there are so many brands that's it's hard to give you a traight answer

If only. Based in Galway, no shop worth wandering in to.

 have a look online most retailers will post out.
Have a look on Begadi.com. they do a lot of gear, SEairsoft imports for them so the price you see on the website is the price you pay when you get it through SEairsoft.

Box of four Mag mid caps arrived today. Now for a sling. Easy option seems to be a sling for the SA80. Not so easy(pricey) option is and Aug sling from the States, real slings for real guns, they seem to be nicely thought out and well reviewed but for the time being I think SA80 sling it will be.

I use an issued SA80 sling in work for my Steyr.

It's a good sling, does the job.

Have a TM sling and speed loader ordered. Loading the mid-caps would be a bit awkward without the loader :o
