What store to by walking boots in and Lightweight boots

I looking for lightweights Mid boot but haven't seen many. Where is the best store to try out? I'm on the west coast but might stretch to dublin.

I must try the boots before purchase.

I liked the design of the North Face Mid Hedgehogs but their fit wasn't right so am looking for a very similar boot.

Any recommendations on alternative lightweight Mid and where to get?

Purpose is 3 months backpacking and some trail hiking in South America, dry season.
Boot must be a Mid and breathable,don't think Gore Tex required.

I've tried the greatoutdoors in galway but their stock is very limited, sizes and boots.

Any recommendations on lightweight, breathable Mids, similar to the North Face Hedgehogs.
