Should I take a pregnancy test?

Ok here's the story. I got my last period in around the 20th of June. I used to be on the pill but I stopped it a while ago and my periods have been slightly irregular since then. I was due my next period mid July and I had sex maybe around 6 times in the two weeks in the middle of July. Only one time wasn't safe (I know). That time was literally when I was due my next period.

I haven't had anything at all and now I'm technically due my August period in the next few days. Is it possible I could be pregnant considering the unsafe sex was had almost exactly when I was due in July? And if so, is it too early to take a test?

    Thanks.

You had unprotected sex and then missed a period, of course you could be pregnant!

You're period is now nearly a month late so no it's not too early to do a test.

You can get pregnant at any time during your cycle, while obviously it's more unlikely towards the end, when you come off the pill it can throw your cycle all over the place so you really have no idea when you ovulated in that month of july. You should most definitely get and take a test asap imho.

OP I have heard you can have a fertility surge after coming off the pill,so I'd defo err on the side of caution and just do a test. Just rule pregnancy out, it'll put your mind at ease.
