Just sittin in my apt (in Ranelagh) watchin the ga when to young lads, that don't look from the area, walk by straight towards the bike rack. The one I had a bike stolen from a couple of weeks ago. They then proceed to brazenly check each lock on all the bikes. I wanted open the window and give them a shout but couldn't find the window key. Anyway I made sure the say me pikin them out. By the time I thought about gettin a camera they were gone. The two lads were foreign, possibly Romanian Gypsy's but I can't be sure on that and they were both in there teens.

Is there anything I can do about this? I was wondering if calling the gards would be any use?

At the time yes. You had a chance to save someone's bikes there.
