    Hello all,

Im wondering as to how long someone is given to complie with a court order? The Judge did not set a time or date, but he did make the order for my collection to be shipped to the local meusem by the Gardai.

Strange thing is, the order was made for me to drop it off to the meusem as the state solicitor dropped the charges before asking for the court order.

The case involved antique firearms. Some with Historic value.

So am I now breaking the law because the Gardai Havent sent the antiques to the meusem? I cant take them out of the Gardai strong room as I dont have a cert for them.

While it seems a strange order to make, with out knowing the facts I will not comment on the order and it's implication on the constitution. If you feel the order is not clear enough and you can not agree with the state how the order is to be effected then arrange to have the matter re listed before the judge so he can make clear his order. But make sure you make contact with the state by letter setting out your issues. I do assume you have had legal advice if you not I would do so straight away.
