What is this capacitor?

    Hi,

    I am looking to replace a capacitor in a welder that blew apart.

    I have the exact same welder so could take a photo of the capacitor that blew.

    The capacitor has "C18" printed on it but there is a small chance that it is "C16" - see photo attached.

    Can you help identify the capacitor better? Anyone know if it is possible to get such a replacement capacitor? if so where?
