FATCHEESE: No cashback

How do I get Pending transactions to be sent onto me? They're sitting pending now over 4 months! I contacted them through their site but no reply.

What are the transactions from? Some things take longer than others to come through.

I took up Sky deal with them, Sky paid back within 60 days as they promised, however Fatcheese's part of the cashback (about 68 euro) now says "approximately October". That would be SEVEN months, and that to is just a tentative date. This is my only experience with FatCheese so far.

My cashback was due in March 2013, from an order I put through with Sky. I have not got my cashback and have submitted eight tickets and Fatcheese have not bothered to respond to any of them. I rang Sky and they said your issue is with Fatcheese! Im furious. My next step is to go to the Irish Independent, Joe Duffy and the Ombudsman!

You're almost a year complaining about Fatcheese on this site. Complaining here obviously isn't helping so try another method. Definitely don't drag up a 3 year old thread to repeat yourself.
