If taking a combined Computer Science BSc, do you think it is better to combine it with mathematics, or alernatively with physics?

Would employers prefer one combination over the other?

Honestly having the two combined with Computer Science is good, but I think you should consider just focusing on one or the other as a degree and then combine them when you do further study? If you wanted to combine a subject with computer science I'd suggest you just choose either maths or physics. Both are equally good along with computer science but not sure which you get more value out of. Maths and physics alone would be enough or having maths and physics together is fine but maybe combine one of them with computer science be just as good as just having computer science alone.

Depends what career path you want to go. There are courses out there that combine computers and maths. Work wise, its hard to tell you don't know what the job market be like in the next few years. Maths would probably be more useful than physics but it all depends what career road you want to go. Do you want to go into research etc Physics be a better option if you want to go the research route but if you want a certain job then maths be the best option. Depends which are you good at and have an interest in not just what employers be looking for but generally its maths over physics at the moment depends what areas you want to look into really, every job/employer is different when it comes to computer science. Computer science is different from software development so all depends what kind of job you really want in the end of the day!? Good luck OP
