TV connection in the room and broadband available, parking and own bathroom. The room will be available from mid September.

It’s also near Hazelhatch railway station, which is 15 mins by train to Heuston. Available to student , mature student, or post grad. Sharing the house with young, relaxed homeowner.

Rent 300 per month plus 40 per month for bills.
