    Is there such a thing?
Even in a replica? I just want to access 4 or 5 medical apps that arent on android :(

Anyone know how apple replica phones/tablets work? Are they any way reliable or just plain crap
    Thanks!

no such thing as a 7 inch iPad.
You have iPad, iPod Touch or iPhone.
"Replicas" will be Chinese fakes running some other OS, so won't run Apple apps.

HTCs don't run iOS. Android or WM.

Hackintosh OS maybe but not mobile devices. May have been done by some user on engadget but not practical in the real world.
