    Hi all,

I am looking at moving job so will be based in Stephen's Green. Currently work in South Dublin near Leopardstown so trip from Kildare to there in car is 40mins each way give or take

Does anyone else travel from Kildare town to Stephen's Green?
I know I can get train but then cannot find a connecting bus to Stephen's Green....would really appreciate any positive input
Would be happy to take bus or car to avoid carparking etc in city centre and I can imagine traffic would be bad

No point moving job if the commute is not manageable

    Thks

Train to Heuston Station, Luas to Abbey Street and either a 10 minute walk to Stephens Green or a bus from O'Connell Street to Trinity College or Nassau Street and a 5 minutes walk down Grafton Street.

The 145 will take you from Heuston to Kildare St which is about a less than a minutes walk from St. Stephens Green.

You could also grab a Dublin Bike at Smithfield and drop it off at Chatham or Molesworth street stands. For a cycle that short, it won't cost you anything (other than the €10 yearly membership fee).

There's two different Dublin bike stands on St Stephen's green itself
