Huge thanks from an oldish cyclist

A massive thanks to the couple who stopped on one of the Charlesland Roundabouts this morning at around 8.40 to help a cyclist (this old fool) who came off his bike & had nothing to stop the bood. Not sure why you had a life supply of kitchen towels in the car but thanks from me & my wife (the runner) for your help. :)
