I plan on setting up a website selling pregnancy tests etc. Do they have to comply to the CE standards or is FDA approved enough?
Is there any regulations I need to follow?

People buying pregnancy tests need them immediately. Just my opinion but I don't see an online market for them.

Check out the Irish Medicines Board website for regulations.

You don't know women who are trying to concieve I've been that person. I've bought 100's of tests online!! We test too early and I probablly test about 8 times per cycle!!

Thanks for the advice I'll give them a ring on Monday.
