Everton will face Irish side Bohemians in a friendly on Monday night.

The game offers the Blues a last chance to prepare for the Premier League season after this weekend's match with Spurs was postponed.

That game would have been the first of Everton's 2011/12 campaign but was called off after the unrest in London earlier this week.

Dublin-based Bohemians compete in the League of Ireland and are currently mid-season.

David Moyes is set to take his first team squad across the Irish Sea, with the match fitness of his senior players key ahead of the game against QPR next Saturday.

The game will take place at the 3,000-capacity Dalymount Park, kicking off at 7.45pm.

Tickets are €15 for adults and €7 for Under-12s.

They are available from The Members Bar at the stadium from 8pm - 10pm on Friday evening and from 12noon-10pm on Saturday and Sunday (personal callers only).

They will also be available from the Bohemians ticket office on Monday from 9am - 3pm (personal callers only).

Any remaining unsold tickets will be available on the turnstiles on the night.

The arrangements for this match were made following postponement of Everton’s opening match of the English Premier League season.
That match against Tottenham Hotspur was called off due to the disturbances in north London.

Everton manager David Moyes has said that the friendly against Bohemians will give his squad a chance to reach match fitness ahead of their game against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday 20th August. Moyes is expected to bring a first-team squad to Dublin for this fixture.

Tickets are €15 for adults, €10 for members and €7 for Under-12s.

They are available from the Members Bar at Dalymount Park 8pm-10pm tonight and from 12pm to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.

They will also be available from the Bohemians office on Monday from 9am to 3pm. Any remaining tickets will be available on the turnstiles on the night.

As a result, Bohemians' Leinster Senior Cup semi-final against Shelbourne due to be played the following evening has been rescheduled for Tuesday 30th August.

Indeed, highly unusual for our board to be this proactive, things must be even worse than usual.

just to say ive nothing to do with bohemians , i am an everton Fan.

the last time everton played bohs it was the reserve team that played , Anichebe played in a 0-0 draw . this will be a different game

Everton will play a full team for some part with the intention of hammering Bohs and getting some goals.

Smart move with the postponed fixture as you will certainly see some names playing.

Why is the shed closed for this (assuming it is with the 3000-capacity)?

Plenty of parking on surrounding streets.

According to ticketmaster this seems your best bet - Parking
Limited on street parking in the vicinity of the stadium located on Connaught Street, St Peter’s Road, and their neighbouring streets.

I you're familiar with the area, get there early and in St Peter's square. If you arrive early there should be no problem getting parking. I've been parking there for 10 years and never had any trouble. It's also about a 3 minute walk from the stadium.

A reminder that this is on tonight!!

    Fenlon looking forward to Everton

Bohemians take on Everton tonight at 7.45pm in Dalymount Park and manager Pat Fenlon is looking forward to facing a strong Merseyside outfit.
After the Toffees' Premier League curtain raiser with Spurs on Saturday was postponed due to the unrest in London, Moyes takes his side to Dalymount Park for a swiftly arranged last-minute friendly ahead of the game against QPR next Saturday.
Bohemians manager Fenlon says his players can't wait to test themselves against Everton.

"We are delighted to host Everton," he told evertonfc.com "They are a massive club and they don't come to Dublin too often.
"Hopefully we can get a big crowd out to watch the game. There are a lot of Everton supporters in Dublin and it is also a great opportunity for our supporters to see a top Premier League team.
"It is a shame Seamus Coleman won't be playing due to injury, I managed him for Ireland Under 23s. But Everton have quality all over the pitch and we will try and give them as good a game as we can and make a contest of it."
Tickets for the game are available from Dalymount priced at €15 for adults, €7 for kids and €10 for students.

9 mins in Beckford scores. Hope this doesn't get too ugly by half time. Think then they are bringing on the reserves/youths.

    Good for Garbutt.

Meaningless friendly for Bohs, 6 first teamers started, would expect them off at half time, good experience for the kids though.

Good craic at the match, happy with some of our youngsters performances. Bisto gave Everton's left back a roasting ;)

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

I must say that bohs really spoiled the night for a lot of people by not rolling over and getting leathered. The least you can do is offer a refund to those who may be considering switching to united or barca as a result of this debacle.
