I want to use some land that a farmer has given to me to use for airsoft.I have informed the local gaurds, they have no problum as its miles from any roads or public walkways.the farmer owns all the land around the area.Lads useing the land will sign disclaimers that its at own risk.Is there anything else,This will not be public site. The farmer may make a site in the future.

Disclaimers don't generally count for much here. You can't sign away your rights.

Disclaimers or not, the landowner had better be sure that if someone gets hurt their insurance will cover any subsequent legal action.

You really should give the IAA a little more than a one line email if you want the email to slip past all the spam they get (and they get a lot of spam). I will reply to your email later, but basically you will need the following as a minimum.

    Public liability insurance
Written permission from your local superintendent to operate a site. It's not good enough just to inform the local guards anymore. The permit is a requirement of law

I will include the other recommendations in the email later

Two companies that I am aware of are JLT insurance in dubin and first Ireland insurance. Your broker will be able to advise you better
