I had a look on their website and couldn't find one to contact them on.

The reason I need to contact them is to, ask them about my laptop bag aswell as my other carry on bag. As on the Aer Lingus website it states you can bring
Additional small items (camera, personal stereo, overcoat, handbag or laptop) are allowed.
But it doesn't stipulate if I'm allowed to bring my laptop bag with the laptop inside as my 'Additional small item' so I'd like to clear it up before I fly next Wednesday.

You don't need to email them. Yes, you are. Carry on bag + laptop bag is fine.

    BUT

Despite Aer Lingus being ok with it, if you are departing from a UK airport the security at the airport may want you to have only 1 bag, with all other little bags fitting into the big bag.
