Ok so in my baking cupboard I have milk and white chocolate, plain/self raisingflour, brown/golden sugar, butter and a few other random things!

    I have no eggs :(

What can I bake? Any ideas?

Oh no just realized I wrote "to" instead of "too"...the horror ;)

For a quick sweet treat I always make peanut butter squares.

    Ingredients
    Peanut Base
    200g icing sugar
    200g smooth peanut butter
    50g dark muscovado sugar
    50g unsalted butter, softened

    Chocolate Topping
    200g Milk Chocolate
    100g Dark Chocolate
    50g Unsalted butter

1 x 23cm square tin (or similar), bottom lined with baking paper

Combine all the ingredients for the base and mix thoroughly. Press into your tin and flatten out. Melt the chiocolate and butter and mix. Pour over your peanut base and leave to set in the fridge. Exactly like a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup!
