Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Few questions about JLC rates??

Hi all I recently moved to Dublin from dear old Belfast and have a few questions.

I know them JLC rates have changed but under the old rules how much would an inexperienced chef (other than a few wee months in Subway) get an hour? Would it be the normal JLC 9.50p/h or like it says here ( http://www.labourcourt.ie/labour/labour.nsf/LookupPageLink/RatesOfPay) would it be 7.12p/h?

And if it is only 7.12p/h would you only get that or would you get the good old minimum wage of 8.65p/h?

Hope someone can help. Thanks a lot folks.
