Lost charger - help!

So I lost 1/2 of my charger for my camera [the plug and bit that goes into the little battery box] and borrowed my Ex boyfriends charger. Now I can't find that either so am going to buy him a new one. Now, I've bought chargers off eBay before for like €8, however when I search for the camera [Olympus FE 4040] no accessories are available for it.

Now, just wondering regarding USB cables - how can I telll if a USB from another camera would fit the one I have? Some USBs are longer and thinner than others and wouldn't fit in the camera. On the box it says USB - AC adapter [F - 2AC]. I have another [newer] Olympus camera but funnily enough that USB wont fit into camera #1.

Can anyone help?
Sorry for the haphazard post, just want to know which USB will fit my Olympus 4040 so I can buy a cheapy charger for it! Thanks!

According to the Olympus spec, this model can charge via the USB cable.

Post a picture of the camera end of the USB cable. If it is a
standard type, you may be able to get one locally.

Charger linky (little more than £8 tho) - http://www.digi-quick.co.uk/Battery-Chargers-for-%20Olympus-FE-4040__DM4184_9 - comes with a car adaptor too.

Also, the part with the plug is a fairly standard cable, you see the same type on rechargeble shavers and many other rechargeble devices. So you might have one lying about.

USB connections are pretty standardised too. There are three types. The one most likely is a mini USB connection, not sure I've seen anything but mini USB ports on any camera. As above, if you can post a pic of it we can confirm for you.
