A new job or a new position

For the past 4 months i have been in a position in work that i have hated, i have told my employers about it and they are in the process of hiring someone to replace me so i can go back to my previous role. Recently my stress levels have gone through the roof and my doctor (due to an underlining issue) has warned me to try and stay away from stressful situations which rule out.my current and previous roles. I have been offered a new job closer to home but quite a bit less money, with a large family to.support it may cause issues. But now that i have told my boss this he has come back and told me that i can work in and department i want on the same money.

I really am not sure what to do my new job may end up being just as stressful but staying where i am atill has the oppoetunity to cause me a few problems (a few skeletons in the closet)

Excuse the lack of grammer im posting this on a phone and my thumbs are a bit to big for the keypad
