Liverpool in the 2nd round for the first time in a million years

Long midweek away trip for Sunderland to Brighton. New stadium and they stock local beers for the away team so there should be a decent crowd heading down anyway.

It'll be a tough game but hopefully we can get the win. I wouldn't be shocked at all if Brighton knocked us out though!

Belated bump! A full strength Sunderland sent packing by Brighton (who are looking good this early season), plus Norwich getting hammed, QPR and Swansea exiting while WBA, Wolves and Villa all progressed.

Tonight Exeter v Liverpool is the SKY Sports "cupset" special. Highlights of all games are on BBC1 at 23.30 hrs.

    19:45 Exeter City v Liverpool
    19:45 Bristol City v Swindon
19:45 West Ham United v Aldershot Town
    19:45 Peterborough v Middlesbrough
    20:00 Everton v Sheffield United
20:00 Blackburn Rovers v Sheffield Wednesday
    20:00 Bolton Wanderers v Macclesfield

Man City v Birmingham - The Billionaires v The Bosmans

Should be a good match, doubt Birmingham stand much chance of defending their cup.

Brighton v Liverpool could be quite a good match, Poyets side have done really well and will surely put out a strong side as will Liverpool.

Yep I doubt Birmingham even really want to defend their cup this season as they have other priorities being promotion and Europe.

A nice home draw for Arsenal to give the kids a run-out.

John Terry is not included in the Chelsea squad to face Everton. Probably because he doesn't like the black away kit. :pac:

Everton XI: Mucha, Baines, Heitinga, Distin, Neville, Bilyaletdinov, Fellaini, Rodwell, Drenthe, Cahill, Saha.

Subs: Hahnemann, Coleman, Hibbert, Barkley, Osman, Stracqualursi, Vellios
Chelsea XI: Turnbull, Ivanovic, Luiz, Romeu, Malouda, Lukaku, McEachran, Kalou, Alex, Bertrand, Anelka.

Subs: Cech, Lampard, Torres, Mata, Mikel, Ferreira, Sturridge.
