    I drive 30k+ miles a year and currently have a 2000 1.25L Fiesta (I know, I know!!). Car is on its last legs and it's too small to be comfortable for the amount of driving I do.

    So I reckon I need a diesel, but I don't like driving saloons, but need something spacier than my Fiesta, so I'm looking at...another Fiesta!

    Also had an accident last year and insurance is sky high so I can't go higher than 1.4litre engine. I'm thinking this is the car for me. I however know sweet f all about cars. Is there a better alternative? 8k is the max I can go, and even that is stretching it.
