I need to get my phone repaired (Nokia 6303) becasue the speaker is broken, I was told that my phone has a 24 month warranty once only fair wear and tear has happened.
My phone is fairly battered, but not excessive, just a few scrapes and that kind of thing, that was with Fonemenders who said that about ''fair wear and tear''.

What is ''Fair wear and tear''?

If its only scares you should be ok. A big chunk missing from a big fall might have you paying.
