Solid fuel stove, flue installation issues.

I got a Stanley Erin solid fuel stove with back boiler installed around October last year. I burned a mixture of coal and wood during the winter months.
At this stage I am having doubts about the quality of work done as the vermiculite insulation is escaping down around the flue pipe and the Scamalex board above the stove has also cracked.
Also not filling me with confidence is the state of the chimney pot and cowl.

Any better experienced or qualified opinions on this would be greatly appreciated!
