Hi,

I have been called for an interview for a till assistant with Aldi and have been doing some research on interviews and especially with Aldi/Lidl and I have seen that they do group interviews for the area & store manager positions. And basically I'm wondering if this is the case with till assistant interviews or should I expect an individual 1-on-1 interview?

And/all advice is welcome!!

Till assistant jobs are normally conducted by the store manager on a 1 on 1 basis.
