I recenty bought a 2011 Accord and I'm going on holiday in a while and can't decide if it's a good idea to leave it at Dublin Airport long stay car park for nine days. I have parked there on a number of occasions before without any problem, but I would appreciate anybody elses opinion.

I would, but the convenience is worth more to me than the risk of the odd little mark.

I assume you are worried about theft? If so I wouldn't be concerned, they can't steal it without the key and no offense, but there will be nicer cars there if they really want one.

Sorry, i'd assumed the OP was worried about the possibility of people opening doors into it!

The car could be stolen or damaged anywhere, no point in worrying about it.

If it was parallel parkek yes. Last time I parked there I got a single spot at the end of a line. Unless it's an F612 you'll be fine regards theft.

Well I always leave the spare key taped to the underside at the drivers door, the number is 11KK1432 and I plan to park in the blue car park in zone Z.

Actually I was more concerned about it getting damaged. I suppose the point of my thread is to find out if people have had problems leaving cars at the airport.

BTW, I'm very offended at your suggestion that no one would want to steal MY car!;)
