Bandon Poker - From Thursday, September 1st - €50+€5 Freeze Out.

    Start September 1st & Every Thursday @ 8PM
    No Limit Texas Hold'em Freeze Out
    €50 + €5; Starting Stack €10,000 (€1,000 Early Bird Chip); 20 Minute Blinds



    Charter:

    1. Who is running the event (organisation, society etc.) = Bandon Poker.
    2. The purpose of the event (charity, commercial etc.) = Commercial.
    3. Date and Location of event = Munster Arms Hotel, Bandon, Co. Cork - Every Thursday.
    4. Registration and Start time of event = Reg from 7:40pm; Starts at 8pm.
    5. Any prerequisites (member of club, society etc) = No Prerequisites.
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc.) = Contact Ger on 086-6815674 or just turn up on the night.
    7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Omaha etc Freezeout/Rebuy etc.) = NL Texas Holdem FO.
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc. = €50.
    9. Cost of registration = €5.
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund = 100%.
    10a. Is any money from the prize fund held back for future tournaments, if so, how much = 20 week league; €5 /player; capped @ €100.
    11. Any guarenteed prize pool = No; Estimated @ €1,000.
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels. N/A.
    13. Starting Chips = 10,000.
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts. = N/A.
    15. Blind levels:

    25-50, 50-100, 75-150, 100-200, 150-300;
    Break
    200-400, 300-600, 500-1000, 600-1200, 800-1500, 1000-2000,
    1500-3000, 2000-4000, 3000-6000, 4000-8000, 5000-10000, 8000-15000

    16. Blind timeframes = 20 minute clock.
    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash (free entry to other tournie, merchandice etc) = 3 places paid.
    18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill = No, self-dealt (until final table).
    19. Will there be a documented list of rules = Yes.
    20. Is there a tournament director = Yes (Stephen O'Sullivan).
    21. How are disputes handled - who has final say = TD's decision will be final.
    22. Are there any cash games offered, if so, please outline the rake for each limit offered = €1/€2 NL Texas Holdem; No rake; usually starts around 11PM.

    Just a quick post to say it looks like we will be breaking the 20 players quite easily if the current feedback is to be believed.
    Looking forward to a good night on Thursday and hopefully we can keep it going on a weekly basis.

    I'll let you know how it goes...
