    Hi Folks,

I have a number of points taken from a site study on a garmin gps device. I want to import them into a drawing that I have already done and was wondering the best way to do so?

I have autocad 2010 lt but also the potential to purchase autocad civil 3d. Please let me know which would be the best software to use for this.

    Cheers

A quick google search brought up this:

    ExpertGPS

I'm not familiar with it myself so I'm not sure it will have the functionality in the trial version.

thanks, I gave that a try but it wouldn't work, I eventually used GlobalMapper and it worked so that's fine.

Has anyone used Civil 3D, is it worth while to purchase?

I will be creating site layouts, adding gps points, working with contours, sections etc.
