    Can't remember if I paid a toll or not. I have no open penalties, but the last one says

    1257329650 - Citation status changed to CLOSED
    1257329650 - Notice Status change to STR

    To be honest, bite the bullet and give them a ring. If it's a charge that's not being paid, they will lump on the interest like there is no tomorrow.
