I can't, but the user guide has a description on page 61:

I think it only works with dyndns.org

You have to download the software to your PC not your modem.

yes I have the updater but it can be done more reliably by the router afaik

the pcs may be off and in the meantime the kids are on the wi-fi

are you using this: http://www.opendns.com/home/parentalcontrols for content filtering?

If so, dyndns do similar: http://dyn.com/labs/dyn-internet-guide/
