Ideas for week long sun holiday in september.

Hi all,
I am looking to take a week long break with herself in mid september, we have done the Lanzarote, spain, majorca thing and are looking for something new. She likes to sunbathe which I don't mind for a day or two but after that I need to find a few activities to keep me busy. We both like to relax in the evening with nice food and a good few drinks in a semi lively atmosphere. We are in our mid 30's and are looking for something new but reasonably cheap prob 500euro each max. Any ideas welcome? Greece, Turkey probably our options, can anyone reccomend any resorts etc. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

Hi there,
Sardinia in Italy? You can fly to Alghero on Wednesdays and Sundays with Ryanair. Since the North coast is pretty expensive and it can be easily outside your budget, I always suggest the center east or center west coasts that you can reach by renting a car at the airport.
I'm from there, I already gave a co-worker some tips of where to go (and where not to go!) and I can give you some contacts on this coast.
