Adult Swimming Lessons

Hi,

I've been looking at the various classes available over the last few weeks but wonder can anyone actually recommend a course that they have completed? I am an absolute beginner, not exactly too comfortable in the water but not terrified either.

I'm in North Co Dublin and really want to learn. Any advise would be great!

I'd recommend Energie (formerly Jackie Skelly's) in Swords. I learned to swim there and couldn't fault them.

marian college do adult group lessons on a tues eve.8-9PM
individual lessons are also available

private lessons also available in aquatic centre blanch,

Otter have Master adult classes in Newpark every Monday and Tuesday from 9-10pm. Instructor is excellent. I would highly recommend these lessons. They work out at about 8 euro an hour.
