    Hi guys, I would be interested in knowing if you think you are adequately equiped to perform your job in the ES? If not, why not? In a perfect world what further equipment/training would do you think you should have???

    Any ongoing training would be nice, every time we ask we get the same answer.....no money.

    Better IT facilities - More terminals for accessing Garda intranet and word processing.

    Better In-Car tech - terminals for checking ala US/Canada or even basic NPRS in non-traffic vehicles

    More Computerisation as a whole - Hate handwriting summaries for charge sheets; would type any day!
