I got a magazine from paddypower with all next seasons odds top goalscorers, league etc.

In the magazine it has a price for Villa Boas to be at Chelsea at the end of the season at 9/1. One of my mates went in and tried to put a bet on it and was told it was a misprint and that it was actually 1/9. Is there anything one could do in order to get the odds at 9/1 seen as this was printed and published in the magazine?

    Probably clutching at straws redface.gif

There must be small print in the book somewhere that will say
    "prices subject to fluctuation".

Yeah, bookies pretty much have the power to say that the price was an error. All bookies have it written into there T's & C's

Its written in at least 3 places in the booklet that prices are just a guide and to check the up to date prices when placing bets.

Plus, as with any business, they can refuse your custom if they want.
