Bright lights and computers

    Hi,
I work under very bright flouresent lights all day at a computer and it's making my eyes pretty sore and dry.
Just wondered if anyone else in the same situation has any advice or could tell me what they do towards keeping eyes healthy under these circumstances, like is there an anti glare screen for PC screens or something?
    Any suggestions appreciated! :)

When you are sitting in front of a computer screen your eyes naturally go into stare mode and you hardly blink. Sometimes even reminding yourself to blink every now and then helps or if that doesn't help you can try a eye wetting solution like Optrix. Anti glare coated lenses help protect your eyes from glare they won't stop your eyes from drying our while using a computer.
