In my Yaris the level is a little bit under the empty level. Its pink stuff that's in the tank and I'm wondering do I buy more and top it up? Or do I add water? I don't have a clue.....!

Some people add water but it ends up diluting the coolant if you have to keep topping it up. Personally I'd go to a motor factors and get the same colour coolant and top it up with that.

Also if the level keeps dropping get it looked at before it causes problems!

You can get some from your local motor factors or Toyota dealer, make sure as was said you get the same colour as mixing it with another can cause problems. You can buy pre mixed and coolant requiring diuting, if you are only topping up it's probably best to get the one which is pre mixed as it will require less messing around.
