starting a meat processing bussiness?

    has anybody any experience in pork,beef,lamb, processing?
    breaking pigs etc,im thinking of starting up,could do with any ideas

    There is a place in Galway that runs courses, Might be worth checking out.

    There are FETAC courses that cover aspects of meat processing, you would also need HACCP, some business knowledge - or again, look for a training course, knowlege of halal and kosher butchering. It really depends on where you are starting from, are you a butcher, have you slaughterhouse experience?
