With much delight, I can now report the papers have been signed and sent to the DPP recommending that Micky Lynn comes back to face the music in Ireland. Keep taking the tabloids! If the DPP decides to prosecute, then an extradition request must be made to wherever Lynn is. There is no extradition treaty with Brazil and if Lynn goes there he will not be extradited. He has reportedly taken steps to be in a position to move to Brazil.
