PPS Number...Living in Northern Ireland

    wondering if anyone can shed any light on this if possible....cant seem to find any info on this!
    Born to Irish parent in UK, now living in Northern Ireland....Am i entitled to apply for an Irish PPS Number?

    In order to apply you need evidence of an address in Ireland, i.e. be living in Ireland normally.

    If you are not resident in Ireland you need to contact the main section as detailed in this link http://www.welfare.ie/EN/Topics/PPSN/Pages/faq.aspx
    However, if you are not resident, there are very few reasons for you to need a number so it may not be granted.
