I recently installed tevion home dvd creator which comes with arc soft total media extreme software. I want to copy old camcorder tapes to dvd. The problem I have is that when I try to "capture Video", I don't have any options in the "SOURCE" drop down menu. According to the instruction book it needs to be set at AF9035…

I recently installed tevion home dvd creator which comes with arc soft total media extreme software. I want to copy old camcorder tapes to dvd.
The problem I have is that when I try to "capture Video", I don't have any options in the "SOURCE" drop down menu. According to the instruction book it needs to be set at AF9035 Analog capture, but the box is just empty.

I've tried turning the camcorder on and also leaving i switched off. Nothing happens. Any Ideas?

PS I'm not one bit technically minded so any suggestions greatly appreciated
