Kilimanjaro record attempt?

09-08-2011 08:20PM#1Saw this in the paper today, Irishman Ian McKeever is attempting to scale Kilimanjaro in a record time. LINK
The article quotes an existing record of 5 hrs 38 mins. However, last year a Spanish ultra runner Kilian Jornet set a record for ascent and ascent/descent combined. Link here. The ascent was done in 5 hours, 23 minutes, 50 seconds.
