    Hi all,

Is there a good running shoes shop you would recommand in Dublin (in fact I live in Celbridge)

It would be great to be able to talk to an expert and buy shoes that are made for your type of feet.

I don't even know what type of shoes I need so talking to an expert would be great.

    Thanks,

Runworx is the nearest one to you followed by base2race but you need to have some idea yourself before you go to these places first.
I tried a couple of the expert shops and both gave me the wrong shoe for my foot and running style.
I then went to a physio who assessed me and recommended what type of shoe to go for
Try a few shops and get your gait looked at, you dont have to buy anything from them or go to a physio who specialises in bio-mechanics

Yeah runworx or base2race are the closest to you. Don't know how good they are in runworx but the guys out in base2race are great and they have a much bigger selection in store.

You have elvery's too, but they're hit and miss really.
