Just got rid of my very old skool nokia - never played with a smart phone. It is going to take me weeks to get my head round it. .i.e total novice

I went to music shop app and downloaded an album, but it has not appeared on the phone.

What do i do, the money is already gone off my credit.

    Please help

Where did you download the album from?
Since it took credit Im guessing Vodafone have their own music store installed?

    Yes their own music store.

Since its vodafones own store you might be better asking here
Does the app have a My Music section you can look in?
Does it show up as purchased in the app?

Ive checked in the My Music section and there is no sign. There is one track in there that i downloaded earlier (as a little tester before i tried an album)

Followed your link, didn't know that was there, thanks for that. I'll have a little look around there.

Well since they deducted your credit but dont show the album the Vodafone reps may be able to help more.
    Good luck with it :)

Just clearing off some old threads, and came accross this one, I do apologise for never thanking you.

Thank-you, listened to the same album for months!

    Thanks again.
