Stamp duty on transfer of family home?

I've been looking all over the Revenue website, and even reading through the acts that I can find in the statute book, but can't find out: on the transfer of the primary home by a parent to a child who has never owned property before, is there stamp duty? Much appreciate any pointers to any sources on this.
